Summer Wars, the latest work from the acclaimed director Mamoru Hosoda ( The Girl Who Leapt Through Time ), has the honor of kicking off the NY Children’s Fest on February 26th.
During the festivals month long run you will be able to view a number of new anime films, such as Mai Mai Miracle (Madhouse), Oblivion Island (Production I.G.) and Time of Eve starting on February 27th.
In case you can’t make those dates, the festival runs all month long, so you can check out repeat performances of all the films, except for Summer Wars, which is only playing one night. Check out the trailer below!
